How We Helped Guitar Parts Brand Guyker From 200 to 30,000 Monthly Traffic

Intro

At Rankaholic, we let our results do the talking. This is the story of how we helped Guyker.com, a US guitar accessories brand, grow their organic traffic from 200 to 30,000 monthly visitors in just 12 months using just 150 high-quality backlinks.

No shortcuts. No spammy links. Just smart, white-hat link building done properly.

The Client

Guyker sells premium guitar hardware in the US market. Tuning machines, tremolo bridges, guitar nuts, quality products at fair prices.

Their problem was simple. Great products. Nobody on Google could find them.

When they came to us, they had around 200 organic visitors a month from the US, a Domain Rating of 14, and barely any presence in search.

The Goal

Get Guyker ranking for guitar hardware keywords in the US and turn that into real, consistent organic traffic.

Where They Started

Monthly US organic traffic: 200 visitors

Domain Rating: 14

Referring domains: 68

US keywords ranked: around 310

Existing backlinks: mostly low-quality directory listings

Blog or content pages: none

The Core Problem

Low traffic was not a content problem or a technical problem. It was an authority problem.

Google did not trust Guyker’s domain enough to rank their pages for competitive guitar hardware keywords. The reason was simple. No credible websites in the music space were linking to them.

Fix the authority. Rankings follow. Traffic follows rankings.

That was the whole strategy.

What We Did

We built Guyker 150 high-quality music and guitar backlinks over 12 months.

That might sound like a small number. But these were not just any links. Every single one came from a real, active guitar or music website. Every placement had a Domain Rating of 40 or above. Every link was editorially earned through genuine outreach. No paid links. No link farms. No black-hat methods.

150 relevant, high-DR backlinks from real music websites moved Guyker from DR 14 to DR 58 and grew their monthly US traffic from 200 to 30,000 visitors.

That is what quality link building looks like.

The Sites We Targeted

We only reached out to websites in the music and guitar space. No exceptions.

This included guitar review blogs, gear roundup sites, music tutorial channels, beginner guitar resource pages, home recording blogs, music school websites, luthier and repair blogs, guitar modification forums, and US online music magazines.

Every prospect was manually reviewed for domain authority, real organic traffic, spam score, and link profile quality before a single email was sent.

How We Built the Links

62 links came from guest posts on music and guitar blogs. These were original articles written natively for each host site.

38 links came from resource page placements. These were guitarists’ gear guide and resource pages that listed Guyker as a recommended brand.

28 links came from roundup inclusions. Best guitar hardware style articles where Guyker products were featured and linked.

14 links came from product mentions and reviews. Bloggers who received product samples and wrote genuine editorial coverage.

8 links came from brand mention reclamation. Pages that mentioned Guyker by name but had not linked. We contacted each one and converted them into live links.

All 150 links were built using 100 percent white-hat manual outreach.

The Results

Monthly US organic traffic grew from 200 to 30,000 visitors.

Domain Rating grew from DR 14 to DR 58.

Referring domains grew from 68 to over 210.

US keywords ranked grew from around 310 to over 4,200.

Penalties received: zero.

How Rankaholic Works

Every campaign we run follows the same six-step process.

Step 1 is niche prospecting. We only target websites that are relevant to your industry. For Guyker, every prospect was in the music or guitar space.

Step 2 is quality vetting. Every site needs a Domain Rating of 20 or above, real organic traffic, a spam score below 5 percent, and a clean link profile. If any check fails, it is removed.

Step 3 is personalised outreach. Every email is written individually for that specific blogger. No templates. No mass blasts.

Step 4 is content creation. Our writers produce original, native-quality articles for each guest post placement. Nothing is recycled.

Step 5 is the anchor text strategy. We use a natural mix of branded, semi-generic, and partial-match anchors. No over-optimisation.

Step 6 is monthly reporting. Every month, you receive a full report showing links acquired, domain authority growth, referring domains, anchor distribution, and keyword movement.

What the Client Said

“Within 6 months, we started seeing real traffic from the US. Keywords we had never ranked for were appearing on page 1. By month 12, our domain had completely transformed. Rankaholic built us 150 links, and we got 30,000 monthly visitors. The quality of every placement was exceptional.”

Key Lessons

Quality matters more than quantity. 150 links from relevant, high-DR guitar websites did more for Guyker than thousands of random links ever could have.

Content assets come first. We built 12 cornerstone guide pages on Guyker’s site before we sent a single outreach email. Without something worth linking to, blogger outreach does not work.

Consistency compounds. Month 1 produced modest results. Month 12 produced 30,000 monthly visitors. Authority grows gradually and then accelerates. Patience is part of the process.
